I wish I could express the cruelty of NYT & Reuters choosing THIS WEEK to push longreads sowing skepticism re: trans identity & gender affirming healthcare. This week, leading up to Trans Day of Remembrance, when we mourn our trans friends lost to anti-trans violence & suicide.
Today is the Trans Day of Remembrance. Today we remember our fallen siblings, by violence or medical malpractice or by their own hand as victims of a society hostile toward us.
